This page explains what happens to the information you provide through the contact form on this website.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your organisation name if you provide one, and whatever you write in the message field.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one reason only - to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Who sees it

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and delivered to our email inbox, which is hosted by Proton Mail. Neither Netlify nor Proton Mail use your information for anything beyond delivering it to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as is reasonably useful for ongoing correspondence or record-keeping, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Contact hello@pulsardigital.co.uk to do any of these. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
